Yorkie
We play with fear as the manager sends them out to protect clean sheets and the lead if ever we do get it. I can't see a player who is enjoying their football, it's all so sterile and defensive like an army drill. Everyone to their stations and dig in. No freedom, no creativity, it's all stifled out of them. That suggests there's a semblance of organisation or even a game-plan.
Mick
There is absolutely no need for this crap. Agreed, I was thinking more along the lines of window licker.
Guest Phil K
I can't f***ing BELIEVE he's doing it already. So much so, I'm posting twice. Ive been saying (along with many many others) just how staggeringly useless this tw*t is, yet he is beyond even how low I regard him. The only person who CAN'T see it (conveniently for his wallet) is Ashley

NG32
To that end, you were in the south of France earlier this week. Is there any progress on players coming in from that part of the world? “No, I think the situation while I was there was to see the owner and get together, to make sure we’ve got ourselves with a game-plan going towards the final week of window. That’s what we did.” So it was a meeting with the top brass to chew over where you are? “Absolutely.” Team news? “We’re kind of patching ourselves up a little bit from Monday. First game you don’t really want to go down to 10 men with 45 minutes to go. Some of our players have worked a little bit harder than they should have, so we’ve got a couple of tired bodies. Cheik (Tiote) has got a slight strain, so we’re a little bit worried about him and Jonas (Gutierrez) will definitely be out. Everybody else should be okay.” 1 game played and he's already talking about tired bodies. You couldn't make it up! Is that for fucking real?

ExiledGeordie
Basically we can deduce that Pardew has no say or idea what's about to happen to the squad of players he works with?

PineBarrens
'We have to react to the market. If we were Man City and need a striker, we just go out and pay £37million for one and everyone else has to react on the back of that.' 'If we were to sell one of our big players, which would generate funds, we might split it into two and use the finance to replace him and strengthen in another position.'The bottom line is that we have a procedure in place to get transfers in and now Joe is directly the in-line manager for the board and Mike, the owner, so therefore I request to him what I think the team needs and he has to try to get them over the line. We all work together to do that.' 'There is a process where he comes in but the proof is in the pudding really and we have to make sure we get one or two transfers over the line before deadline. This has been a particularly poor week on a number of levels. But you get that. Sometimes adversity comes, so let's get it out of the way, let's sort ourselves out and make sure we are ready to rumble in the 37 games left.' Guest chopey
I have no faith what so ever in this man to lead our team, and I think there could be a few season ticket cards been thrown in his direction come 16.45 on saturday
