Guest firetotheworks
Aye, let's laugh at Laudrup! Trophy winning, European competition participating w*****! It'll be interesting on a scale of one to Pardew how much of a song and dance he makes of the extra games. He blamed tiredness the reason of their late goal on Thursday. He should criticise his teams slow start today but he'll probably praise their comeback and feel unlucky to concede late again. Either way he will be content with their home draw to Stoke. Nee need to actually listen to what Laudrup has to say lads. Brett's got this.

Guest
Er, it was 1-0 Betfair. That's what the ad was for. If he'd cashed out at that point during the game, he'd have still won that amount even though it ended 1-0.
Deuce
Enormous result. I have absolutely no idea who's going to win the league. Love it. Southampton. Hope so.

Trumpet
Moyes turning it around. Wouldn't say that just yet. They were always going to be motivated for a big game. I think their undoing will be the games against mid-table teams where players like RVP and Rooney won't be as motivated to run around for 90 minutes. Thank god International football has come to take away their momentum. It's also funny that if you guys had won that home game to Hull, you'd be 6th now. Table can still change a lot in 2 weeks: Everton vs. Liverpool Arsenal vs. Saints Westham vs. Chelsea Cardiff vs. United City vs. Spurs No team has a banker here. **carefully wanks at prospect of going top with a win at Goodison**

Dr Colossus
About to watch Betis v Barca, had no idea Betis' ground holds more than 52,000. It's big and a bit decrepit-looking but also seems like it'd be quite cosy and homely. Also got three big sides and one tiny side. http://www.stadiumguide.com/wp-content/gallery/benitovillamarin/benitovillamarin1.jpg Anyway, Barca line up like this Valdes Alves Bartra Puyol Montoya Song Xavi Cesc Pedro Messi Neymar Seems a slightly risky line-up to be playing away from home, with Montoya playing out of position, Bartra and Puyol having barely ever played together, and Song starting in any capacity. Mascherano and Adriano on the bench as well. Reckon Betis might be able to get something out of this, they can be a decent side.
Village Idiot
Can't believe Diego Costa can get away with so much as he does. That won't fly at the WC. Mascherano has been awful, Adriano and Piqué injured (plus Alba long term) and Busquets been carrying a knock. That's actually quite close to our best starting XI with the current available players. Song has been allright in the holding role actually. Betis can be dangerous but their start of the season has been quite bad.
