Malky mackay is racist wish the people at cardiff city seen it sooner.

Malky mackay always use to call me a wee Egyptian and laugh his head of no one knows what happens behind the scenes in football clubs.

And no I'm not Egyptian I'm welsh and I'm my parents are from somaliland

Every manager has his views on his players I wasn't his type of player but to treat certain player on how he did at cardiff was disgusting

The young black players at Cardiff were treated poor by malky and his coaching staff we were scared to speak around him let alone ask him for help on the training pit

Oxford away a young Somali boy was at the gates and Malky shouted look at that black Somali kid at the gates, look it's ibby brother. He then started laughing him and coaching staff.

This is just sad. Tough situation for youngsters to have to work in. I just can't understand what a grown man has to gain from mocking kids about their race? What are you gaining from that kind of behaviour exactly? Guy must have some serious insecurities, or some sort of complex.

KaKa, man. Just stop it. You want to find a racist European football league, there's plenty out there. Ours doesn't even deserve mentioning in that respect.

Kind of stupid logic is this? There's plenty racism in our own football and we need to be better.

Bit of verbal diarrhoea. I've experienced racism (not just to myself) at English football grounds so it does 'deserve a mention', what a strange and arrogant thing to say. It might not be as prevalent as other leagues but I didn't realise we're competing in some sort of bigotry league against Russia, Turkey, Ukraine etc.

We can't compete with sovereign states like Russia, Turkey and Ukraine tbf.

What we need is someone pretending to be a Palace fan to send a few emails to Parish.  Better still, loads of us do it.

He's on Twitter as well - let's get this bandwagon rolling!

I like Palace - I hate if it has to be them but they are our only saviour. Still won't happen like.

They'll end up with Sherwood.

I like Palace too, but hey Pardew is one of their own, and so they'd be happy with him. Also, they will typically sign the kinds of players he prefers, and so it won't necessarily turn out badly for them.

The hard nuts? For a club that tends to produce attacking, quick youngsters it's funny how their transfer policy and current style is different.

Sherwood was interviewed for West Brom, and apparently wanted more money, and so wasn't hired despite being the clear option for them, who they really wanted. That would have been a decent team to manage for him. Pretty established and have some decent players, and went out and got Lescott this summer, as well as spending £10 million on a striker. He's a bit of an idiot it seems. Think he'll shoot himself in the foot again with Palace.

He was on the fantasy football club program last week and actually seemed to talk a lot of sense, basically said he wanted a job where he could build it from the bottom up and aluded to that being the issue with West Brom who already had their structure in place.

Ah, okay. That's a good point actually. West Brom already have that coaching structure, and don't really let managers bring in a bunch of staff. Okay, that would make a lot more sense.I do remember some talk of him wanting more money though, which was weird I thought.

Anyway I really hope the guy calms down when he gets another gig. Some of those side line histrionics were so cringe worthy.

Sherwood did do a good job with Spurs' academy from what I've read, so can see why he'll want a job that involves all areas of a club.  Palace have a decent history of bringing players through mind.

Yeah he said he hoped he would be a lot calmer in his next job and maybe think more before dong things. He also put Shearer in his all-time XI players that he's played with and told a decent story about how Shearer wasn't the best trainer and if he wasn't interested he wouldn't take part, he said Shearer wasn't the quickest but put a ball 20 yards away from him and any player and nobody was beating Shearer to the ball. He seems like a decent bloke who's a bit excitable.
