Don't know if it's been discussed but who are you guys putting money on (hypothetically or literally)  to be top goal scorer?

I'm thinking it's Messi's year!

Immobile at 320/1!

Also got Reus at 80/1.

Will Immobile start? Balotelli would be a decent bet if it wasn't for that group.

I can't see Immobile starting and it's not even certain they'll play two up top, think Cassano might be ahead of him in the pecking order now anyway.

Said it before the Panama game that Willian has been extremely impressive in training apparently, and he scored and had a very good performance against Panama. Oscar who's been injured, unfit and under-performing in training has left the squad to be wiith his family has his first child is born. Seriously think that if Willian impresses tomorrow against Serbia he'll start the World Cup.

Think Nigeria have the best chance out of the African sides to make it out the group stage. So I hope they qualify.

Cote d'Ivoire imo. Colombia favorites to win that group, but 2nd place is a relatively wide open battle between CdI, Japan, and Greece. Fingers crossed Greece doesn't progress through their typical dross.

Yeah, to be fair Ivory Coast have the best chance really. Good to see them finally get a decent group. They've previously had rotten luck with their groups in the World Cup.

He's a 50m+ (total) euro player who's main attributes are 'working hard' and 'being a defensive outlet'. If he plays in the world cup then I'm going to Euro 2016 with Scotland.

No.

William is a good player, not sure what your problem is with him . It's not his fault his role at Chelsea is largely pragmatic. Also not his fault he's been traded around between clubs owned by gazillionaires paying stupid fees to each other almost certainly for some dodgy reason.

Not sure if it was Taylor, but someone said he's just another Ramires, he's basically the exact opposite to Ramires.

I'd be surprised if Brazil change their line up from the team that battered Spain last year, maybe Paulinho comes out but that's it really.

Only way Paulinho comes out is through injury. Both Hernanes and Ramires disappointed against Panama. The only changes except for injuries being discussed in Brazil and that Scolari has hinted at being a possibility is Maicon and Willian coming on for Dani and Oscar. I do think he'll play the same, but Oscar has been extremely poor in training while Willian has apparently impressed and been the best. Brazil looked much more fluid with him, Neymar and Hulk also as it gives Neymar the freedom to drift inside as Willian is as mobile as him.

I'm looking forward to looking forward to watching football again. Instead of doing everything that I can to ignore it.
