Put money on it then Stifler. You know it's not going to happen. Though I'm sure the thought of it is lovely for you lot.

While I agree with you, there was a time when everyone said there's no way Newcastle can go down, and we did.

Amad looked literally like a small child trying to play with his Dad's mates.

I thought Hojlund looked like he has something about him, Dalot always gives everything. Can't think of any positives for them apart from that really.

The team selection was almost as bad as it could possibly have been. Then again Garnacho and Antony did very little when they came on.

If it wasn't Man Utd I would feel bad for how badly their club is being run.

I stopped watching English Football about 23 years ago as it was hard to get the games then and all in Spanish which I speak very little. Every once in a while I'd check Newcastle to see how they were doing and one year they were fucking gone.

Mate, I said it wasn’t going to happen in 09 and come the 2nd half of the season we would kick on.

Should you be safe? Yes, however teams below you are finding form and your next 2 games and your next 2 games are against Liverpool, and Arsenal (Cup), which could knock what confidence you guys have left.

@Froggy... Injury free who would you play from that squad.

Looks so disjointed as a group that I'm struggling to see a quick fix for you.

Unless Rashfords been tipped off on a deal I can see him being stuck with you on the crazy wages for a while.

To play that system we need wing backs and a #10.

Also if we're going to play the likes of Mazraoui at wing back then the covering centre back needs to have pace. Said at the start of the game that De Ligt and Mazraoui on the same side seemed like a disaster waiting to happen.

There's no way they're going down, like. They do have a big problem they've overpaid for many players that aren't good enough or are at the wrong end of their career over the last few years and that won't make it easy to correct their squad. That being said, fuck them and I hope they continue on that path

I do rate Amorim (quite a bit of shite being talked about his success at Sporting and Braga now), but I do think he's going have to be a bit more pragmatic and make some changes to your system until he can get the players he wants.

He's now saying he'd rather leave the job than consider different tactics.

Wtf is going on.

Same as Ange.  It just seems so limited as a manager if you can't adapt the way you play to fit your players.
