Village Idiot
Would've been one of the best goals this season First decent thing Alves has done this season Wonder if he even did that on purpose considering how s*** he has been. Nah, we've done this set play a few times throughout the years.

Ryan
Barca looked brillIant the last fifteen minutes of that half, Enrique needs to get the front three playing like that every week. Elche have been dreadful though, that slip before that let Neymar in was just dreadul

midds
Montpellier score against marseille whilst a marseille player is down needing treatment. Didn't do anything wrong as such by playing on but you just sort of expect to see it kicked out as a matter of course.
Guest palnese
You expect the ref to stop the game if it's a serious injury/ head injury. If not - play the fuck on.
r0cafella
Was it juve under conte who one season announced they won't be kicking the ball out unless the referee stops plays?
midds
Was it juve under conte who one season announced they won't be kicking the ball out unless the referee stops plays? That's exactly the way it should be imo. Put all of the onus on the ref to, you know, manage the situation.

That's exactly the way it should be imo. Put all of the onus on the ref to, you know, manage the situation. It's in the laws of the game like that now, isn't it? They changed it a few years back - we're supposed to let the refs work it out. It's like so many of these laws introduced to sort out specific issues, they get gradually ignored, then forgotten over time.

It's like so many of these laws introduced to sort out specific issues, they get gradually ignored, then forgotten over time. Exactly. That's what kicked off that ludicrous Jol v Wenger barney all those years ago IIRC. Two Arsenal players ran into each other, then we went up the other end and scored. Wenger went ballistic, Jol laughed. One player wasn't hurt in the slightest, the other was Eboue (so no wonder his team-mate kicked him).

Two awful teams in pretty much all respects fighting it out, the most entertaining thing about this game will be watching the plastic bags fly about in the wind.
