He can over elaborate a bit when he gets into talking about his approach, and it may not always come off, but the guy has his beliefs and works towards them. Tbf it's partly personnel as well, neither of their fullbacks can defend and Jagielka is getting close to past it. Stones is their best defender and he's a kid.
