Arsenal managed to get Gabriel and he hadn't played a single international game. Leicester also got their striker and I'm sure there are plenty of British cloggers who could have turned out for them. It should be fine.

There is more flexibility if the player's nationality is for a top international side like Brazil or Argentina (if you mean Ulloa).

Think he meant Kramaric. Ulloa has an EU passport.

Well Kramaric is a Croatia international who are still around 14th in the rankings.

 

He had only played about 5 games then though

But there is a huge amount more flexibility for players of top nations which I think 14th still counts as.  So playing their 5 most recent international fixtures on the lead up would be fine.  Plus that article someone posted earlier says the new stringent rules have only fully kicked in for this summer.
