KDT
There's no way he's not getting a work permit.
healthyaddiction
Think he meant Kramaric. Ulloa has an EU passport. Well Kramaric is a Croatia international who are still around 14th in the rankings. He had only played about 5 games then though But there is a huge amount more flexibility for players of top nations which I think 14th still counts as. So playing their 5 most recent international fixtures on the lead up would be fine. Plus that article someone posted earlier says the new stringent rules have only fully kicked in for this summer. Deckard 13
Aye, that's the lad. And how important can the ranking be if the teams not selecting the player you're buying? I'm not too worried.
healthyaddiction
It does seem to make the difference. Basically if you're not good enough to play for Brazil/Argentina you might still be a very good player.

Guest palnese
I get the feeling the FA would take great pleasure in denying us though, we aren't one of their pets ...said every single club in the league.

Tiotes Witch Doctor
I'm sure Ashley won't mind in the slightest if it gets knocked back, saves his 8 million and his the excuse lined up for when we don't sign someone else.

Andy84
He's played in over 75% of DR Congos competitive games in the last 2 years, so aye he's guaranteed to get one. If DR Congo were in the FIFA top 50 he would already have signed as he would have qualified automatically. http://www.inbrief.co.uk/football-law/footballer-work-permits He meets the criteria of being an international player of the highest calibre. The rules that are there aren't to stop the likes of Mbemba playing in the UK
U2
He will also get points on wages and (possibly) transfer fee. Won't even need to touch the secondary criteria.

sempuki
Once he signs maybe we'll try to shift one of our shite CBs.
Teasy
Hoping that when/if he's allowed to complete the transfer we might then get moving on bringing in a center back to partner him. We haven't heard much about defensive targets since Mbemba agreed to sign but again I'm hoping that's because we need to know whether we're definitely getting Mbemba before making the final decision on who the other central defender will be. AyeDubbleYoo
Think it's pretty optimistic to think we'll sign another CB without shifting at least one out, probably two.
