The biggest difference is the manager. I believe we have by far the better team, but the manager makes them look brilliant, and us look like poo

Seems more or a number 10 to me, he wants to attack and go forward but doesn't want to cover the space behind him.

if they do sack mclaren we will probably appoint a shite caretaker manager already in the system which happens to be shite so nothing will change. hopefully im wrong and they sack him and bring in someone decent straight away but doubtful like

Can't understand the Shelvey love-in, he's just ran around waving his arms

 

Shit performances can always be shrouded in effort and Shelvey and Janmaat do genuinely look like the only ones looking to actually do things.
