What are they trying to gain, exactly ? Net spend means jack s*** £100m in a year (regardless of how much you raised through sales) should have you top 10 if Rafa is this world class manager everyone goes on about. No, they hate NUFC fans, which explains their defense of Ashley and how we were lucky to have Pardew. We hate them ergo they take the opposite view. Our love of Rafa doesn't confuse them, they know exactly what he's achieved and the positivity he has spread and support he has garnered with the fans. And that's what leads to 250 pages on him. I heard his interview after the draw against Derby and he came across quite okay tbh, a bit less vague and hung over than the usual British champ manager.
