Anita, Gamez, Dummett, Haidara, Mbabu and Clark. We will be fine.

Only Haidara is a natural left back out of them, and he's a perma crook and the jury is still out on him even when he is fit. We've got a lot of cover, but not one specialist left back that I'm happy with, which is why I think it's one of the most important signings we could make.

Rafa will sort him. Aside from the odd crazy lunge into a tackle the thing he's always looked suspect on for me is defensive positioning. Should be a pretty easy thing to work on and fix with an actual manager like Rafa and not the mugs we've had previous

I would be surprised if every player didn't improve to some degree now they are actually being coached and working on tactics. Obviously some players have limitations that can't be addressed but positioning and organisation should be possible

It was great listening to him last night, we really have appointed the best manager that we possibly could have. To be fair to him, we had no right to have expected him to stay beyond last season but he did. He's here for as long as he wants as far as I'm concerned. Every time he talked about what he was doing he mentioned that he was analysing something, no matter how small or trivial it was that he was talking about. He leaves nothing to chance and it comes across that he loves every minute of his job and football in general.

We really couldn't have appointed anybody better for the job and he seems to love being here as much as we love having him. No player could possibly fail to be impressed by him.

If you look at it, regardless of whether they were first choice or not, all bar two summer signings have come from 'top tier clubs'.

That says a lot not only about our mentality but about Rafa's pulling power. He's the figurehead that we have been crying out for and everyone - club staff, players, targets and fans - are all being won over by him.

We could be on our way to something special here.

Not only have they dropped a division, but no player has arrived with the guarantee that they'll be on the team sheet every week. That says a lot for our alterations to transfer policy and negotiation strategy, and it says a lot about the personalities who have arrived. I have a really good feeling about this group of lads. ( :pow: )

Sky Bet and the Football League are going to milk Rafa/NUFC for all its worth  Is he the 'biggest name' Championship manager yet?

Surely the first time there's been 2 Champions League winning managers in the 2nd tier of English football?

Still amazed that one man coming in can have so much effect on everything at the club, I listen to him speak and I believe every word he says and I have confidence that he will deliver us some success given time.

This kind of turnaround in a matter of months is massive, the club feels like it did in the Bobby days again and its a great thing.

Obviously a load of work to do between now and the end of the season but its great going into a season with full enjoyment and hope for the future.

Long may it continue.

I think there are two ways to be successful, but the other one requires an owner and board with a clear vision and a constant list of managers they want (Southampton). We obviously don't have that so we need a manager who can control everything.

Was in Liverpool again today and fucking hell man, we will be their second fave team soon if talking to a few Scousers is anything to go by. He is a god there, think of KK with us and then add some! Everton fans massively respect him as well.
