Only took Mourinho four months to realise that Mkhitaryan is one of their best players. This starting eleven looks so much better instead of having bang average players like Lingard there.

It took 4 months for Mkhitaryan to sort himself out.  Jose knew his ability, that's why he signed him.  Turned out Mkhitaryan didn't do anywhere near enough in the first few months to meet Jose's expectations.

Man Utd fans being interviewed on SSN, Irish accents from them all.

Always the case

When we were down there a few years ago they pulled 5 people out of the crowd at half time. 3 Irish, an aussie and a lad from Carlisle. Their support is just different to everyone else's. The likes of Liverpool have fans who travel from all over, but not to that extent.

Sorry, but there's no way you can convince me that Lingard would have been a choice than Mkhitaryan or Martial.

Jose played him for 45 minutes when he was injured against Man City and then barely included him in a PL squad for about 2 months after that

I just don't think Jose could trust Mkhitaryan until recently.  He'll know Lingard is bang average and not near the same level as the other two, but he could trust him to follow instructions and do okay.  He'd rather put up with that for a few months and get Mkhitaryan's work rate right for the long term.

To be fair, his name is nigh on impossible to spell correctly, I'd leave the cunt out as well.

Results during that period definitely justified him not picking Mkhitaryan. 2 wins in 11, only one win of which Lingard started

Seeing as they are sixth, nine points off fourth place and 13 off first before this round, it was clearly the wrong decision.
