One thing that hasn't been mentioned anywhere is that most contracts will either end on June 30th or see a calender year of a deal come off and we may have one or two ready to go through on July 1st. Man City fans would say he is, but they made their mind up on him in his first season when he played through injury. He'd make a decent mid-table team holding midfielder.
