Not sure how he's so offside there. His movement & finishing are meant to be his strong points but they're both bloody awful atm. Perez & Joselu much better options upfront.

 

Tom Carroll at left back is nearly playing him on, it's pretty tight tbh.

Only cause Carroll didn't push out though. Gayle wasn't aware of that yet was still a good 4-5 yards offside from a corner. Not good enough.

Well like what's the difference between the keeper catching the ball easily and us scoring an offside goal? At least with the offside goal there's a chance of a defensive mistake or an error from the linesman

Very frustrating, we've played some nice stuff at times and created enough chances to be a couple up.

 

I really don't like Gayle; for someone in the team almost solely for his goal scoring, he misses a hell of a lot. He's not good enough.

 

I'd like Murphy and Merino to get enough time to influence the game so would be bringing them on as soon as possible.
