The Bard of Byker
In their defence, they do have a good selection of condiments.
Tiresias
Can definitely see Hazard going to Real Madrid like. Far too good for a small team like Chelsea. He would have already if he was more consistent when it mattered. As opposed to Bale... Hazard's still been very good this season, just not quite the same as last year. He's easily good enough for Real Madrid. Aye but you need to consider why they bought Bale in the first place, was just as massive hype vehicle as it was for his performances. Hazard is very talented and technically could play for anyone but he's not as consistent as he should be against bigger teams. If he were someone would have bought him by now. Bale was incredible for Spurs like. I don't think it was hype Yep that Spurs squad was otherwise fairly mediocre, Bale just couldn't be defended against though, he's go through the gears and just belt one in out of nowhere. Really benefited from having a team that he was clearly the best.

He's been the best player in a team going for and winning the title for the past however many years. There's not a lot of room to manoeuvre in terms of going up a level. There's only really Barcelona and Real Madrid for him to go, and he probably will. Can't see him leaving Chelsea unless he goes off the boil. Chelsea aren't a stepping stone club. Tiresias
On Hazard, reckon when Neymar flounces off to Real Madrid in Summer Hazard will be PSG's replacement. It's slightly maddening that Hazard is nearly top tier but not quite consistent enough. I think he has been the best player in the league at times, sort of hyper efficient, direct and hard to pin down. However it really seems to not take much for his levels to drop a bit and he becomes invisible. I think if he was more full elegant and with a bit more flair he'd almost be forgiven the erraticness, he would be a classic european no 10 a bit too cool to care all the time, but he looks and plays like a super modern athlete so his dips in form become just strops. Stifler
If WBA go down, who gets the blame, Pulis, or Pardew? Pulls left them 17th. The correct answers were: 1. One or all of their foreign players. 2. The crowd.
