BoSelecta
Surely they will pay us the top of end of whatever is PSR compliant?

Kid Icarus
I understand wanting to keep him right now like, it's a really awkward position with Pope out, Dubravka in good form, no replacement signing probably possible, and a potential final on the horizon. We're painted into a corner a bit.
Shearergol
If there's no PSR incentive just keep him. Easy as that.
Ikon
He might not want to be 2nd choice though. Easy to say “keep him”. He might have been promised before that he is allowed to leave or similar. Edited 10 hours ago by Ikon
aussiemag
If he stays and his form remains as it is and he is playing well, he keeps his spot and Pope sits on the bench. That should be enough incentive for him.
Andy84
The whole point of a sale would be to help with PSR, if there is no incentive then literally no point. Unless he wants to leave

Pilko
All depends on when Pope is due back and how long we can keep Al Shabab in a holding pattern before they move onto other targets, I suppose. Odysseas will be fine for Sunday, an international with Champions League experience should be trusted to play versus a League 2 side at home. It's whether Pope is available for Wolves or Bournemouth. I'm sure I read he's expected to be available for Bournemouth, so the options are gambling on the Greek for one league game or agreeing with Al Shabab that he can move the day after Wolves. ExiledGeordie
Not sure how keen I am on an inform Dubrkava leaving with Pope back ‘soon’ and regular leagues games incoming, massively destabilising.
Mazzy
The performance from the new Spurs keeper last night is proof enough that Trafford is capable of coming in a replacing Dubs immediately. He can go, Trafford can come in. If Pope is fine he plays, if not Trafford plays.

But we will have to sell before the PSR deadline like last season. Which is not worth it! We should be the club taking advantage of the clubs that need to sell on that deadline. I am assuming this was the case with Guehi.
TK-421
Saw a post (just a fan account) suggesting once Dubravka was confirmed as gone, we'd press on and sign Trafford on initial loan, with obligation to a permanent £25m transfer in the summer. Would that work for PSR, if we could shift his payment till just after the upcoming accounting period, so he falls into next season's accounts? If Dubravka is leaving for the amount rumoured there's more than enough to cover Trafford surely. It's more whether Burnley would want him to go in the middle of the season. Just like Hall's transfer which fell into this year's accounts.

Fair few shots straight at him but, then again, that shot from Jota (?) in the 1st half that he fumbled through his mid-riff Absolute career ending if it had gone in. Keegans Export
It's ok, I'm sure the Premier League will assess the deal for Fair Market Value and we'll be able to claim a few million for him...
