M1tche Posted Saturday at 17:38 Share Posted Saturday at 17:38 If he scored that on his balancing peg I'd still be laughing now.

wormy Posted Saturday at 18:32 Share Posted Saturday at 18:32 Great to see him get a nice send off. Hope he enjoys some good years in Atlanta and as OpenC says, I look forward to seeing him welcomed back as a half time hero in future years.
OpenC Posted Saturday at 18:39 Share Posted Saturday at 18:39 (edited) He'll be one of those rare half time heroes that makes it right to the centre circle. Me and the lad who sat next to me in the Gallowgate used to have informal bets on how far the hero would make it onto the pitch; some just waved for a yard or two then turned back when it was clear their hero status wasn't enough to sustain a longer walk, but the heavy hitters got enough love to take them out to the middle sometimes. I reckon Miggy will be a centre spotter Edited Saturday at 18:39 by OpenC

I was there shouting his name at the top of my lungs! Took awhile for him to come forward so we sang for ages.
Kanj Posted Saturday at 19:02 Share Posted Saturday at 19:02 think I’ve read he’s really close with Sandro, Bruno and Joelinton. Families all spend a lot of time together. Wish him all the best.

Rafalove Posted Saturday at 22:02 Share Posted Saturday at 22:02 Glad he got that from the fans today who were a credit to the club. He has his limitations and his right foot or lack there of is annoying but he’s never gave anything other than his best. They’re both way some fans on twitter go in is very disrespectful to a player who doesn’t deserve it, but then that’s social media for you.
nufc4eva Posted Saturday at 22:05 Share Posted Saturday at 22:05 Yeah, his heart has always been there for us, worked his arse off and just not good enough for where we want to be. Murphy ended up surviving because of his output even though he's limited.
Stifler Posted Saturday at 22:05 Share Posted Saturday at 22:05 He’s been great for us. I made a post a little while back about how he was the player we needed at the time when we got him and people mistake what he was when we got him, to what we need going forward. Heron Posted Saturday at 22:11 Share Posted Saturday at 22:11 Been a real pro' for us like. Can think what you like about his ability but he's absolutely ran his fucking nuts off for us since day dot and had some absolutely outrageously good moments. Fulham (a) and PSG probably being the stand out ones.
alexf Posted Saturday at 22:16 Share Posted Saturday at 22:16 Would have loved him to have scored...with his right peg aswell. Would have been perfect. As much as his time here is up, it's concerning that whilst Barnes is out, we don't have another attacking winger to bring on. Willock and Osula are about the the sum of our attacking options to bring in at the moment which isn't quite what you'd expect of a champions league chasing side.
