Miguel Almirón: fee agreed with Atlanta United (Edwards)

Recommended Posts

He'll be one of those rare half time heroes that makes it right to the centre circle. Me and the lad who sat next to me in the Gallowgate used to have informal bets on how far the hero would make it onto the pitch; some just waved for a yard or two then turned back when it was clear their hero status wasn't enough to sustain a longer walk, but the heavy hitters got enough love to take them out to the middle sometimes. I reckon Miggy will be a centre spotter

Glad he got that from the fans today who were a credit to the club. He has his limitations and his right foot or lack there of is annoying but he’s never gave anything other than his best. They’re both way some fans on twitter go in is very disrespectful to a player who doesn’t deserve it, but then that’s social media for you.

Been a real pro' for us like. Can think what you like about his ability but he's absolutely ran his fucking nuts off for us since day dot and had some absolutely outrageously good moments. Fulham (a) and PSG probably being the stand out ones.

Would have loved him to have scored...with his right peg aswell. Would have been perfect.

As much as his time here is up, it's concerning that whilst Barnes is out, we don't have another attacking winger to bring on. Willock and Osula are about the the sum of our attacking options to bring in at the moment which isn't quite what you'd expect of a champions league chasing side.

The end of next week? What’s that about?
