Miguel Almirón (now playing for Atlanta United)

With Murphy fit and playing well, and no 23-24-style injury crisis, Miggy's stock is now lower than the summer. This opens more scope for selling a low, ahem more realistic, fee.

Yeh fairs.

It’s all bad though.  Was it Skipp that went for £20m in the summer? No FFP funny business.  We don’t get those types of fees.

Should of had a look about first you can get a skip well cheaper than that.

how can one be edging closer to a move with no fee or terms agreed with a different club?

One of the Charlotte FC directors has been quoted saying a deal is close but not done yet and he can’t wait for it to be done

He’s not the only one tbh.

Why?

Being facetious.

It’s not because he fumbled the sale of world class talent Miguel Almiron.

We still want to win the game. Give him 9 minutes at the end.

Would be inclined to give him a new contract if he does well in those 9 minutes.

Would never knock the lad , always worked his bollocks off and we wouldn't have finished 4th two years ago without him, he even scored our first champions league goal in over 20 years against PSG. He does seem to have regressed massively as a footballer this season though so 8.5 million would be an excellent price.
