Truth is unless they have very little self respect noone wants to follow Rafa and put up with the way the club is ran with very rigid transfer rules. It's funny as fuck really, now hoping Bruce does turn it down and they go lower. £100 million that noone can spend because of lack of time / it's only £100 million on paper and won't really be spent.
