Phew. Pretty fucking emotional day. I've been on constant goosebumbs and some tears from the moment I woke up today. Just going through all the videos, highlights and songs for the 100th time.

I've been going to our games from a young kid with my dad and thought for years this day wouldn't come during his lifetime or mine. So many years of shit, some years of almosts and a loooot of hurt. Our football team has been like a laughing stock in Finland for years and always compared to icehockey and how well they're doing. Now finally it's our time to be the center of attention and national pride. I can say without any doubt that the day we qualified was the best day of my life so far. I dont think today or the matches next week when I'll be at the stadium will quite match that but it'll be damn close.

OI SUOMI ON!
