should have had a clause in place.

a trophy or european qulaifaction means a rise in the sponsorship - even greater if we got champions league.

There is said clause in place.

Money talks.

Honestly, I can see Chelsea playing there full time. Does England need a national stadium for Rugby? We have this debate over football, let alone Rugby.

How many times a year is it used?

Chelsea buying the place and making it a multi-purpose venue would likely be the best scenario for both the RFU, and Chelsea.

Twickenham seats 82,000. Do Chelsea have the fanbase to fill that week in, week out?

The RFU want to rebuild it but can’t afford it.

If they sold it to Chelsea (and rented it back to RFU as non-priority tenants) then Chelsea could just rebuild it to a capacity that suits them. As it happens, I think Chelsea could sell out an 82k capacity stadium easily. We are past the point where 50k-60k seater stadiums are for elite clubs. This is why many of our fans want us to push over the 70k capacity for our new stadium.

Aye, he knows fuck all. He’s just a Saudi citizen who piggy backed on our takeover saga.

The fact that he’s on about Marseille fans going on social media to support a takeover to make it go through, as if.

He’s just piggy backing on the fact that PSG and Marseille are big rivals, and so are Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Watching PSG get to the final and do what Marseille done will open up Marseille supporters to buy into his guff.

I was staying in Jeddah a couple of weeks ago for work, and the Sela head office was just a short walk away. Unassuming four floored building. Main entrance was unlocked in the evening when I took this photo.

(Photo wouldn’t upload due to file size limit, so you’ll just have to take my word for it!)

I wonder if Pif have considered bring Staveley back to replace Eales or maybe higher up, Vison Director or something, she always spoke very well and was well liked particularly by Howe. The club feels like it's a bit stuck just now with both infrastructure and squad building.

She always seemed like a woman to get things done with fantastic plans for the women's team ect.

Keith Pattison. The man who, remarkably, claims to have the oldest Alsatian in the North East.
