Cynic in me had a look at the last time Leicester played Liverpool at home around Boxing Day 2019 when they won 0-4, Oliver was reffing that too, only 2 cards dished out. As others have said above, Michael Oliver likes to let the game flow first half before getting out his cards in the second.
