Tbf to keep the club running on a shoestring was great work by Charnley, remember when one of the top managers left to go and work at Newcastle airport.

3 Cs - Cunt Chops Charnley

I'd like to know if Charnley was actually OK bearing in mind he also had to drive the bus, clean their boots, scout, negotiate contracts, erect the sports direct signs, put the cones out, sell tickets, put names on the back of shirts, fix the lifts, do pitch markings, change the beer......and I'm sure the bastard sold me a mince and onion pie instead of a balti ...... Twat !

And something significant, I’d say. Unless he’s had a massive payrise I’d expect he’s come to get another big project on his CV. Either that or he just wants to be on the PL gravy train.

Chief People Officer is another common one but we probably already have one, basically an HR director.
