The corner routine was largely same shit, floated to Burn where he rarely wins many some how  (god bless cup final though). 
 

We took one corner in 2nd half which is what I want to see more off and I don’t know why we don’t do it. Can’t remember who took it, but it was proper whipped in with fast pace (like Arsenal do) and right onto the keeper where Alisson flapped at it, but then recovered really well to punch away 2nd ball. 
 

We should be whipping them in like that all the time with Burn / Joe / CB on that 6 yard box.

No CEO is going to be announced in the middle of a transfer window like this and be tied to it, it just wouldn't happen. I'd put good money on it being announced in September.

It's a catch-22 situation which is messed up beyond belief. It shouldn't be the job of the coach, nor the club owners to plan and oversee the implementation of a transfer strategy. And if Isak indeed hinted quite early on that there'd be a saga, the prerogative would have been to get that group of senior executives in ASAP to handle it.

 

Now we're managing the Isak situation badly in the absence of the very group of execs who are supposed to deal with the matter, and because of that we can't bring in the execs lest they be tainted by the fiasco.

What could they have done differently? We either  sell him for less than hes worth which creates more problems down the line or let it play out. Im not hearing any answers as to what a CEO or DoF could have done to change the situation. Even coming out publically and saying  hes going nowhere means you are then needing  to do that on every piece of speculation.
