An “official” statement was put out by Isak on his Insta so NUFC responded with an excellently crafted official response within a few hours 
 

All the other noise that’s been put out there has come from social media spin doctors working for Isak and Liverpool and isn’t worthy of a response from NUFC 

 

Every day that ticks by in the window will be making Isak a lot more nervous than us, so his social media shills will be asked to keep pushing his agenda and ramping up his threats, the club just need to stand firm

Wouldn’t surprise me if PiF asks for a sacrifice. They’ll want to pin it on someone because the degree to which this whole summer has catastrophic is showing them up as complete amateurs.

Other than Nickson who else could possible be sacrificed. Nothing happens imo blame squarely on Mitchell and isak.

He didn't. He was effectively dismissed. I was told by someone very close to his family that he lost the power battle with Howe and there was no love lost between them. His only supporter at NUFC was Eales. 

 

The person who knows his family had very little positive to say about them and him in particular.

Perhaps my wording isn’t fully explaining my meaning, but I meant precisely what you have said. By sacrificed I meant effectively dismissed, what he was doing just didn’t work and caused tension and divide.

Having so many leaked and failed bids post Mitchell means someone’s going to be sweating imo. We are (atm) PiF’s biggest club and in the CL. We’ve been a calamity since last season ended. In fact, this massive f**k up was longer in the making but it’s really come to light since May/June. 
PiF look incompetent. Someone else will need to take the heat for that imo.

Only time I’ve seen Saudis happily take responsibility for a decision is when they’re binning some westerner and retrospectively making that person the woe to all their current ills.

Given the money these people are paid, and the fact they truly earn it during  a difficult period, not after. It beggars belief we have no CEO and no one experienced in charge of transfers. It is pure negligence. 
To say ‘they don’t want to be tainted by this window ‘ is f**king nonsense in my eyes. It’s the f**king job, rough with the smooth. If it’s the case they can’t be available until after the window shuts they were not the right choices in the 1st place.

You'd think so. Never happens though, CEOs always come on a wave of 'new beginnings' and a 'fresh start' in my experience and I can't imagine it's much different in football.

They do fuck all typically in every variety of life. They're fucking parasites but we might fuck up and get a competent parasite that sees us running well as an opportunity to enrich himself? Liverpool having proper fucking cunts in roles is why they're dancing in the streets now the bin dipping fucks.

 

Filling typical roles is also a statement of intent from PIF. It's like when you walk into Burger King and there's a bunch of self serve kiosks and one fucker doing the fries, burgers and the drive thru. You know at a glance this is an unserious operation and you'd be better off just going to 7-11 and getting a burrito. We are an unserious club.
