The players can't fit into the system he's trying to play B. They're not good enough. Imo, Elanga aside who's shown very little, it's more A than B. Either way, the buck largely stops with him and he needs to fix it. Else it's only going to end one way. I think the tactical change, from an intense pressing side to whatever we are supposed to be now hasn't worked. There's too much space behind the lines, the wingers don't get close enough to the forwards, the midfield looks lost and we don't move the ball quick enough to break teams down. Id still back him to fix it given time, particularly because the replacement options don't fill me with confidence. He's a hardworking manager and I think he should be given time. You don't want to end up like Spurs, appointment manager after manager that can't win enough games. Managers might suit teams like Brentford where the pressure isn't on, it's not the case here.
