Their own fans reckon he's not suited to the PL. He could probably do well abroad though in a slower league.

Deutschland calling. Then Boehly’s pack of freaks can sign him from Leverkusen / Dortmund / RB Leipzig for £80m in 12 months time.

Thought Isco for Betis looked canny against Chelsea, what's the harm in hoying £5m-£10m at them and having him for a season or two as that cultured, defence-unlocker we seem to lack. Squad player who rotate in against teams on the low block.

I’ve no doubt Arsenal will get this sorted, but if they didn’t, oooft, Eddie would love a bit Nwaneri to mould.

They will renew him for sure, but imagine he will want playing guarantees like.

Signing like Madueke or Eze will nullify that in short term, and with Saka a lock down, it’s hard to persuade. Especially if Nwaneri has England ambitions and locking down for 5 years could see him end up going same way as a Reiss Nelson. Career just drifts, and you are moving on at 23 after stop start time.

Genuine door open for a club to make a move. £25m+ with a year left will be hard to turn down for Arsenal.

We've never been linked but honestly wouldn't mind Douglas Luiz from Juve as the extra midfield cover. Would be great cover for Joelinton or Tonali ESO for CL nights. He's available for a reasonable 25m

Trafford, Scalvini, Luiz, Elanga and another striker and it'll be a good season and plug alot of the gaps.

For striker we could get another top striker such as Muani, Vlahovic or Boniface. Or a good youngster like Emegha.

Vlahovic is not a top striker.

Luiz is 27 not our age profile and on too much money to be a rotation player.

Vlahovic is on big money, too much for a back up option.

That richardson lad (Moroccan-American) who plays in Italy looks exactly like the kind of signing we would make, bring him through and ease him into the midfield...

Seen prices of his wage range from £100k to £135k, which eventually for the rotation CM we want of quality we will have to pay that wage level eventually.

It’s a tempting deal if there for £25m, probably hard matched to get proven quality for similar price point. Risks of motivation level etc. but I always feel with Brazilian players, there’s a market for a sale to Saudi in 2 years to recoup final fee to balance books if needed.

25m and a 150k a week for a back up rotation option would make him one of our highest earnest. Would be a horrible decision given our current position.

Why would we offer £150k though? :D He’d be getting same wage at best, or slightly less and Juventus covering £5k-£10k for rest of his contract if they want rid.

Could be like £110k pw in a deal, and is that really that bad? Won’t be increasing and in 2-3 years time that wage point will be a low end compared to many others.

Why wouldn't he want a rise ?

Agree. I think the deal would only work if he was going to be a first team regular. Is he better than Joelinton?

Based off nothing but Eliesse Ben Seghir could be the Pedro equivalent.

He is young and versatile and would add creativity to the team.

He has played centrally and up top on occasion. Which means he could play 10 in a 4-2-3-1 or even as a two with Elanga or Gordon if Isak needs resting or even as a 3 up top with fluidity to cause damage all over.

I am actually struggling to find players who could be our "Pedro".

Still no sign of Mainoo signing a new contract?

Probably an issue with his rumoured wage demands as well as Brexit Jim wanting a big fee, but if Longstaff goes for ‘pua profit’ it might unlock some further spending potential.
