Was a big mistake making him captain IMO, he doesn't really have any leadership qualities on the pitch, he doesn't organise or motivate like Trippier does. The defenders all did a stellar job, but there's solid rearguard performances and then there's what Bruno does, which is defend resolutely and carry the ball out of defence, and rattle opponents, and stoke the home crowd, and get involved in more attacking moments. It would be a bummer but he’s at his peak value and probably the easiest (not that it would be a piece of piss) to replace. Before I get pelters for this, I would be sad to see him go but a big fee for someone who will start to lose financial value (fucking weird talking about a human like that) might make sense. Yeah definitely a shout for Lewis Hall, considering he had to wait and wait, its absolutely evident that he's listened, learned, and prepared himself to take that role, he's definitely one of the most consistent this season, and he's really committed to the role, and striving to improve each week.
