Not forgetting the "curry hell" where 2 lads would get up and see who could eat the hottest curry the nearby Rupali restaurant could supply.  Didn't end well as you can imagine.

Abdul 'Lord Harpole' Latif in his mayoral robes and daft hat running the show, forgot about that mad bastard!

100% - though curry hell was a bit later :)   I can remember one where an away fan was on the stage, puked into his curry and Mick and the crowd were demanding he finish the job (he tried but didn’t manage it)

He was a Viz legend that guy. Can't imagine it was a pleasant dining experience when the table of lads next to you were getting a sick bucket to accompany their meal by default.

It was always great when a lad would get up there looking confident then would brick it after one forkful.  One of the lads I know who did it reckoned it was really painful

And bar 42 and pacific

Pacific was a bit later than I'm thinking. Bar 42 was a sometimes place, Gaslights was a regular as well, oh and Presidents.

Not bad going when the opening hours were 7-11. (7-10:30 when I were 'lad)

Absolutely beasted our midfield.  Absolutely more fired up than we were.
Absolutely won’t get another 5 points this season as that’s their job done.

They are a dross footballing team, but they're effective at what they do, especially if their opponents are as powderpuff as we are

Poor players with a game plan that want to work hard will always beat average players who don't know what they're supposed to be doing and can't be bothered.

Le Fee has more quality on the ball than we have, why can’t we just sign a player who can create against a low block.

We are also a dross footballing team though. Only good as underdogs

As much as it absolutely kills me to write, they fully deserved the win. They were better, more aggressive and much more up for the game than we were.

Aye can't argue with that. I can accept getting beat off Barcelona, they are better than us. Same for Man City. I can't accept being outworked and outfought by a team of cloggers who beat us by simply wanting to win more than we did. That should never, ever be tolerated. The management team and the players need to fo a lot of soul searching in the coming week.

Nothing will happen though. They'll tread water until the end of the season and weigh up their options imo. The summer is going to be massive for us and I'm already dreading it.

We lost 7-2 in the last game we went into as underdogs

You know what I mean, our best performances this year are as underdogs. Our record as favourites must be shocking
