Jonas Posted Saturday at 16:54 Share Posted Saturday at 16:54 Nailed on CL again for the Mags. The league is gash. It is shite like compared to say early 00s what like when we finished 3rd, 4th and 5th?

Sima Posted Saturday at 17:35 Share Posted Saturday at 17:35 (edited) “Deflect, deflect, deflect” Completely ignoring that they deflect onto faux outrage about 30 minutes post final whistle after every win. ”I don’t think it was a handball at all” ”What is your opinion on your owners murdering people? You’re so immoral.” Boring cunts. Edited Saturday at 17:35 by Sima
et tu brute Posted Saturday at 18:04 Share Posted Saturday at 18:04 They keep going on about the 10,000 tickets Ashley gave away. Totally ignoring that the actual average was over 46,000 and that average has only JUST been beaten by them 3 times in their entire history. I wish someone would mention that who has an account on there.

Think they were only valid for 4 or 5 games before COVID hit and the league was stopped and then resumed behind closed doors. Was never an option to renew them but as season tickets went on general sale after COVID I suppose there was nothing stopping people going to the ticket office and buying the seat. Wasn’t it only 2 games they gained access too? It was always part of the plan that they wouldn’t be able to buy them, they weren’t even in the new people’s names. Covid put an end to them even trying to buy them the following season, and the season after that they never went on sale because they still didn’t know what was going to happen. After that, the takeover was completed, and I don’t believe season tickets have went on sale under our new owners.

They weren't free for life!!! I'm not even sure they realise it was a boycott. They certainly don't want to accept it. Despite the calls for it, organisation of it, events that lead to it and the stark drop off at exactly that time. They want to believe it was a natural occurance and the concept that because 10,000 people stop going doesn't mean others don't take their places seems beyond them - Applying their own standards on both counts Edited Saturday at 19:49 by Jonas

After giving up my ST after 29 years under the foolish impression that many others would be doing the same, (they didn't and it still annoys me to this day), I was offered one of those tickets and took it. I wasn't giving Ashley any money and IMO at that time insufficient numbers had stayed away to make a difference. To be honest, I missed going after all those years. Anyway, from personal experience I WAS offered that seat in an e mail from the club, in my name once fans could go back post covid. Chose another seat cos it was a shite seat and there was loads of others to choose from back then. Edited Saturday at 21:21 by Scoreboard82

Stifler Posted Saturday at 21:39 Share Posted Saturday at 21:39 (edited) So in the last few years, they would have finished above us when we finished 4th, would have beaten Milan, Dortmund, PSG, Man Utd away, Spurs away, and no doubt they would have won the League Cup if they were in it……….. ok maybe they would have beaten us if we had played them in one of the cup competitions…… Edited Saturday at 21:41 by Stifler
Scoot Posted Saturday at 21:42 Share Posted Saturday at 21:42 Said it before and I'll say it again, we are blessed to have these halfwits as our local rivals and neighbours. No other set of fans pins all their hopes on their local rivals failing like these lot do. Then when we don't, the fallout is completely comical.
