Guest
Loved those games where Tiote totally bossed the middle of the field. Was an absolute beast at times. He was so good to begin with, he pretty much ran the midfield on his own in a 4-4-2 letting Nolan concentrate on attacking.

Raconteur
There were times “really big” clubs were supposed to be after him, and performances like those mentioned above were why. There’s a parallel universe where he was coached by a good manager, or one who isn’t Alan Pardew.
Conjo
Imagine a Rafa coaching him to get even better at what he was good at instead of trying to make him into an entirely different player.

joeyt
Think I must have blanked this game out of my memory but can't believe we fielded this team, in this formation in a derby match.

Kanji
If memory serves right, Lubo Satka was our only CB option as we had injuries and suspensions so Janmaat had to play CB Should have been: Krul Janmaat Williamson Satka Jonas Anita Abeid Sissoko Cabella Gouffran Ayoze

Guest neesy111
John Carver absolutely hated Mehdi Abeid Remember when he went mad at him because Krul couldn't clear a ball properly. God the carver years were depressing as f*** It felt like years but he was only manager for 5 months.

Paully
Liverpool also in double figures. Aye, but I imagine we've clocked-up one or two extra miles than them! 14 Premier League away Monday night matches in a row is scandalous!
SteV
The disparity between home and away Monday nights for us is bizarre. I don't think the overall number of Monday night games is particularly out of sync with comparable teams (e.g Everton). Our viewer numbers will always mean we're on more than a Burnley or Southampton, and the 'big' teams have midweek European games which probably reduces the opportunities for them to be shown on a Monday night. It's just Sky's fetish for insisting on away games only for us that makes it seem like there's something amiss.
