We already have several players likely to go on loan that will lighten the squad (Praet, Choudhury, Soumare or Mendy). We also have a lot of other assets we could well if we REALLY needed to. Such as Castagne, Tielemans, Iheanacho, Fofana all far less crucial than Maddison and Barnes. It’s all just going to happen late in the window and people are (like Newcastle) going to attempt to low ball us thinking we need to take any old offer.
