Hmm.

Didnt see any of this happen on social media like the website claims. Nothing on a Google search.

Not convinced, hopefully it is true.

Confirms what many of us thought that he's been playing injured pretty much ever since missing that Liverpool away game.

He wasn't "off form" or "not arsed" it was the injury holding him back.

Same thing happened last season. He was playing hurt for ages and putting in 90 mins every week for us because we had nothing else available. But when he was properly fit he was still scoring goals for fun like the spell pre injury this year.

We have to get depth around him next year so we can avoid these situations reoccurring.

Assume we are taking no risks and keeping him some what fit for next week.

Almost certainly this. Rest him, ensure he can actually play next week rather than playing him today, aggravates injury and can’t play at all in a home tie with a mid table team next weekend.

Just had a look on the Arsenal forum and they have unanimously decided they no longer want him.

Always something wrong with him and nobody will pay anywhere near 100m for him now apparently  [emoji38]

I don't think many teams are that different depending on the form of one player. I understand why that is, but that's besides the point.

He's missed 9 games this season with three different injuries. On top of that hes played two periods this season while managing an injury, where he has not played well....and since he joined us, this season is the one where he's been least injured

Can totally understand Arsenal fans being a bit apprehensive of going all in on one player, whom there's a big chance could miss out on several important matches next season through injury.

Isak is in a weird spot right now where he's way too valuable to us than what anyone else would reasonably pay for him.
