Liverpool

Liverpool according to Ornstein offered Newcastle an ultimatum last week, "Give us Isak for £120m, or we'll go for Ekitike"

It has since been reported that Newcastle told Liverpool in no uncertain terms that Isak was not for sale. This is further strengthened by reputable sources confirming that Newcastle walked away from Ekitike deal, as Liverpool quickly decided to enter negotiations + agree personal terms with the Frankfurt forward.

There appears to be zero indication that the Ekitike deal has stalled, or have you seen any reports that would suggest otherwise?

They both said the door remains open for Isak. Romano reposted and pinned that tweet last night and as of this moment no fee as been agreed between Liverpool and Frankfurt for Ekitike

And totally nonplussed by it. He was sent home for non-footballing reasons? Is possible transfer speculation not a footballing reason?

I meant injuries etc he was sent home coz his head wasn’t right. That’s a fact and to most people it’s concerning

It's not a fact. His head might not be right but it's definitely not factual.

His head might not have been right had he attended though and had all the press chasing after him.

Not how I read the quotes but your welcome to your opinion

Agreed. Thanks for finally confirming these are opinions and not facts.

He didn't say that did he? Granted its a fair interpretation

Can only go on interpretation and my opinion. I just don’t think if his head was fine there would be no need to send him home. This is fairly unique can’t think of this happening too often in football

That not entirely true though is it. Romano said yesterday that a 6 year deal and personal terms were agreed with Ekitike. Liverpool have had first bid rejected by Frankfurt but are expected to offer a second proposal imminently.

He also said that NOTHING has changed on Isak with Nufc still stating he is not for sale.

I may be the "glass half full" type, but to me it sounds as if Ekitike is far more likely to join Liverpool than Isak

Definitely think he’s tempted to move and we’re not making the moves we needed to assure him.

my guess is he signs a new deal and we get another year out of him, unless someone comes in with a too good to turn down offer.

They also said we agreed personal terms with Pedro, Ekitike & Trafford. Unless a deal between the clubs are done it’s not close

Ill reiterate that if Isak goes to Liverpool, ill have to have a break from football for a bit!!!

Honestly, I'd prefer Arsenal at this rate. I cant STAND those pr***s.

I’ll be watching from a distance. I know this is the best we’ve had it but again PSR making us weaker and those cunts stronger is a hard pill to take

Through gritted teeth but Liverpool have played a blinder here. They've not made a single bid for him but have unsettled him via Romano, got his head turned enough for Howe to admit it in public whilst simultaneously making us walk away from Ekitike. They know they're dealing with fucking schmucks and our off-field team have been completely out-manoeuvred and out-thought over the last week. We're green as grass and we've been utterly played

There’s more than just Romano. They’ve wheeled out all their close and cosy client media for favours to push on this. That’s not paranoia, it’s fact.

How can we grow our turnover more and more?? Surely that should be our aim? Or is it just steady steady progress.

We’re limited until we get the stadium sorted. We’re tapping out on organic growth alleys and need the supercharge to the next level of gate receipts and commercial revenue.

It is the aim and the growth since they’ve come in has been fantastic. It takes time.  The rules are doing exactly as intended, it’s not the clubs fault.
