Did anyone have a hint before June that the lad had even a little bit of a cunt in him, never mind what he’s shown himself to be?

We absolutely could sign someone like this again, the ‘no dickheads policy’ for transfers absolutely didn’t pick this up, nor did a single one of us think he was capable of acting like this.

I often thought that there was something reserved? Detached maybe? About him in some of the high points, like he was happy enough and even delighted at times but never seemed as ‘all in’ emotionally as many of the other players.
I don’t think he is a bad person, I do think he has perhaps believed the hype a bit too much and that he will regret his actions and, if indeed the has played his last game for us, how this chapter of his career has ended.

what a cunt

Literally advertising for the gnonce, just a multi-layered corruption lasagne.

Sigh. Seemingly another famous victory for the Scouse Victimhood Circlejerk Association, brought to you by Redbird Capital.

Woltemade who Bayern were after suddenly comes to us.

Isak to Bayern ?

Guaranteed to win titles and play Champs League every year.

Newcastle don’t want to sell to another Prem side especially the bin dippers.

Win win, Isak gets his move, we fuck him off.

Have Newcastle done a deal here ?

Maybe looking into it too much.

They've just pulled in Jackson instead

Is there a thicker human being on the planet than Troy Deeney? He makes Tim Sherwood look like he should be a captain on University Challenge

Dumb cunt with a genuinely upsetting face.

It seems a prerequisite for getting a job on Talksport.

My head is still saying he is gone. But in my heart there is still a flicker after seeing we have Barca up first in the CL and just wishing we had Isak back playing and visions of us going toe to toe with them as actual equals having Isak as the 9 and Woltemade tucked in behind.

I know it's fantasy and he doesn't deserve to ever wear the shirt again. But we are an Isak apology and reintegration away from having an amazing team this year. Without him our short team ceiling is lower but perhaps long term it's for the best.

I think they're going to turn up with a low ball bid on deadline day and hope we accept it due to the time pressures.

It'll be hilarious if we reject it.

My opinion, Im sure we will tbh

im probably miles out but my feeling is the deal is pretty much done already behind closed doors dependent on us getting a second striker. If that happens it’ll move quickly

I hope there's a bit of him regretting all this. Seeing him in full flow v Barcelona at home would have been a thing of beauty.

The situation has gotten so far out of hand that it's my dream to see him in full flow FOR Barcelona at St James' Park.

I agree with this, he will be gone if we manage to get Wissa/JSL or someone else in.

I just hope the club don't buckle and sell him without getting another striker in!

Let’s sign Wissa for £35m and loan Isak to Brentford for the season. Deal signed with 15 mins of window left, even be happy to pick up the difference in wages, now that would be worth waiting up for.
