alexf
So that's 7 points he's probably cost us so far. I know there's other factors ofcourse but if he was there as normal and aying well I think we win all 3 of those games.
black_n_white
Now that we’ve played the news will start filtering through on his transfer.
Jordan
I genuinely believe we’re 3/3 if he was playing so far. Would definitely have put Villa away and had plenty of chances against both Leeds and Liverpool that he’d have buried.

RodneyCisse
At worst, I think we have at least one win on the board. (without his summer of shit) Edited August 30, 2025 by RodneyCisse

No doubt he's absolutely shafted us, but we're not winning all three of those games with him playing, granted our chances increase.

Hopefully we'll have this fully resolved going into the Wolves game with another addition, but Isak situation aside, Eddie has been badly let down by his colleagues in how long it's taken to get a Wilson replacement in, and we're already playing catch up as a result. We would've been in the same position had there been no interest in Isak and he'd picked up an injury. Hopefully this doesn't bite us come the end of the season. Moose
7 points and counting. Seeing this odious maggot beaming in a Liverpool shirt and listening to the cartel simps in the media shower Liverpool with praise for being so shrewd and respectful throughout the saga and rejoice as they finally 'got their guy in the end' will make me want to quit football more than any shit that Mike Ashley pulled Edited August 30, 2025 by Moose
LaurentRobert
As much as I hate this fucking guy, I don't think we can afford selling him this window playing like that without getting in a proper number 9 in beforehand

Famous Nick
its sick that if he doesnt pull this shitshow or even if he just plays through while asking for a move in the background we may now have 7-9 points instead of 2. given how close it was our CL place last season these points can be again crucial we already lost due to striker issues. especially Villa game and first 30mins of game vs Liverpool. but probably a fit Isak would have make some difference today too. will be livid if we agree to anything less than 150m. its 130m plus 4m for every points we lost because of him. which is about 5 points. I don't think Isak would have made much difference today. We have history against teams like Leeds (no disrespect) who play the low block.

Heron
Why would we sell him without another striker coming in? Irrespective of value. Like does the bad apple element outweigh the not having a secondary PL level CF element? Edited August 30, 2025 by Heron
