Sheff Wednesday are so static and deep, just standing off and then chasing shadows.

They're going to get pumped here.

I would honestly be shocked if the three teams going up this season, arn't Leicester, Southampton and Leeds.

I don't think there has been a set of relegated teams that have been as strong as this in my lifetime. I also think, given the disparity of funds between the two leagues, it'll probably happen more and more.

I agree with Soton and Leicester but not Leeds- I fancy Coventry as they were really strong second half of last season.

Yeah but they were still a good strong team - bullied the fuck out of the mackems when they played them.

Was fuming that there was boost on Sky for Tella first scorer and kicking myself for not putting it on, yet it now looks like it was Armstrong's goal after all

Wonder if they paid it out

Do Sheff Wed not fancy a game tonight like ?

Understand the point but they were the 3rd best team in the League 1 against a team who have Premier League experience all over the pitch with a manager who dominates teams with possession

Probably be their hardest home game of the season

Think Sheffield won't be too upset so far. They've conceded to a solid, significantly deflected, long range strike whilst having created two good openings which they failed to take. As joey said, this is probably gonna be their hardest home game of the season.

I do wish they'd step up the pitch a bit though.
