It’s not the managers. It’s him. They don’t invest enough in wages for the playing squad.

This squad isn’t good enough to play Ange ball. I’m an Ange sceptic and he’s probably going to get fired. But Spurs love to penny pinch somewhere.

Levy is a disgrace. Been holding them back on the pitch for forever.

I hate that CFC appear to have sorted themselves out so fucking much.

Too much money has been put in there - without any fucking consequence - for it not to have clicked at some point

mumbled responses of 2 or 3 words.

Because its a thing now with him. Not his fault, he's genuinely gormless and quite likeable tbf.

Thought Sancho was really good today. Poor Man Utd :bluestar:

Must be a sickener watching him in this sort of form for Chelsea.

And Man Utd still pay a big chunk of his wages, just to add to the lolz

My longstanding Spurs bingo card looking good today. Romero overrated ☑️ Maddison a show pony ☑️ Ange looking over his shoulder come Xmas ☑️

Think I called it middle of his first season once his initial winning run ended. Will be surprised if he makes two seasons. He’s a big few weeks ahead.

Was just thinking before, do they have any excuses?

This season in general has a lot of teams underperforming in one way or another. Us, Man City, Arsenal, Spurs, Villa. Whereas a couple of teams previously 'in transition' and faltering look coherent this season. Liverpool, Chelsea.

I wonder if it's a case of needing a refresh (Villa who have CL as an excuse aside)

What’s the point of any player doing interviews. Every interview is statement plus intensifier. E.g “that was a big win today”. “Yeah, it was a massive win”.

And the questions. How important was that? How did it feel?

Sorry you said that basically..

If you want to look at things from a positive point of view Spurs have had at least 10 years of being a so called big 6 club , basically being able to spend and sign who they want with a super duper new stadium and they still look no better than us at this moment in time, which isn't bad considering we were being run into the ground by Ashley for the majority of the last 15 years or so.

Ange gone?

Wouldn't surprise me. He was squaring up to fans behind the dugout again the other day; the guy is pure Vanarama.

Is McTominay still thriving in Italy? 😄

Eh. 3 goals in 12 games is alright I suppose.

Challenging for a title though.

A new experience for him...

In all fairness, Spurs would be absolutely nowhere near where they are without Levy.

When Sugar sold up, they were just a mid table club. It took a while to get going under ENIC/Levy, but they managed to create a club that regularly got into top 6/top 4, and massive commercial revenue, and built one of the best stadiums in the world.

Without Levy, they would still be a mid table team at best, possibly even flirted with relegation.

Antonio Cassano calls him the best player in Italy right now, actually. May not be the best, but it seems like people who follow Serie A are very very impressed and they wonder why other clubs in England didn't want him for that price.
