Tell you what, from the moment Konsa missed that header, PSG put on a clinic on how to see out a game in a hostile environment, Villa barely had a chance from that point.

Purely as a fan of football, I wanted Villa to equalise and win. I understand the inter-PL hatred but PSG embody so much of what is awful about modern football. I think if anything that will fire Villa up for the weekend, they’ve absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.
