A whirlwind of overly physical hugs and phlegm.

The city players who had to mentally that got them the success have either left or injured or past it.

I am however surprised how Fodens performances this season. Have grown under these winners and has been winning all these trophies but he doesn't seem to have to fight needed once the senior players leave

That result is why I have not agreed with the opinion that failure to win tomorrow means we won’t get top five. Anyone can beat or draw with anyone on their day and freak results can happen even more when the pressure is on.

Saying that, huge opportunity to be third tomorrow with just two games to go!

Looking at the table. Villa could be at risk if dropping as low as 9th and completely out Europe.

A Bournemouth result here and they are right at their heels with Brighton and Brentford one point behind them.

Villa will have to worry about looking behind their shoulder before looking up the table

Is Foden the next British player to be "finished" before they're 30

Could be. Wouldn't blame him though, he's been thrashing his body since he was young. The body only has so much it can take.

What did he say?

No one wants to see the type of football Southampton play and it’s not good for the game. Said the ref favoured them and let them slow the game down. Complained that they were diving constantly.

Be a shame if so, he's very talented. Should probably disappear overseas for a bit and play somewhere warmer / slower for a few years. Reckon he'd be Gazza esque in Italy.
