Why have half the Brighton fans gone home

New ground is in the middle of nowhere, and planners only approved the ground on condition nobody is allowed to use their own cars to get there. So almost everybody leaving the match at 9:45pm on a Friday night is dependent on coaches and buses.

Seems there might be some parking, but it's very limited at cost £15 per match. Otherwise...

The Labour duo called for urgent action to tackle what they said were “severe match-day travel delays affecting fans, staff and residents around the Amex Stadium”.

Fans have faced queues of up to 90 minutes – the duration of the match itself – when turning out to see the Premier League team’s recent games, sparking safety concerns and frustration.

Not really. A parking restriction around there was obviously needed if you were going to allow a stadium to be built on that site. There's very limited space on the adjacent campus and residential roads for any on street parking; allowing a free for all would be absolute chaos and make it even worse.

Just an awful location for a stadium in general. We don't know how lucky we are having a city centre ground.

Watching Chelsea last night, how much will Boehly bid for Isak in the summer? I wouldn’t rule out a huge offer from that idiot.

Some of you are worse than the media with this nonsense [emoji38]

Late to this but I’ve just watched the highlights from last night. Cucurella diving in twice on Minteh when he’s always cutting inside. Not sure how he keeps being regarded as a high level full back as his defensive stuff is fucking awful

Hence the cancellation of a game last season (I think) when the trains were on strike.

This Leicester vs Arsenal game is really flat, almost feels like a last game of the season with nothing riding on the result where the players are going through the motions.
