Shit atmosphere for a semi. Forest fans seem a bit shell-shocked, City fans can't be arsed in general.

Was just thinking how much more intense semis used to feel at non Wembley venues

If that worked in a clubs favour, you know Chelsea would have already exploited it... 🤣

Seems a bit unfair like. I thought they'd done away with 3rd party ownership. 🤔

Absolutely ecstatic that we didn't get Maddison. Weak as piss show pony.

Eddie would've turned him into a top player I reckon. Hard to judge any player under Ange.

Possibly but I was just basing my opinion on him being an absolute dick.

Yeah precisely, sliding doors moments. Made a financial decision, instead of a football one.... that's if we were seriously interested.

Same can be said of a few players, Tosin at Chelsea for example.

I agree. He is exactly the type of player we all want in those matches where we cant create many chances: A creative midfielder with a good shot of his own. He is playing in a dysfunctional club with an absolute weapon of a manager. I think he would do just fine here.

It's a fair point and i'd back Howe to improve just about any player. For the way we currently play though, Barnes is the better fit and actually wanted to come to the club. There's probably a fair few players out there who could fulfill a creative role that we can go for in the future, that actually want to be part of what we're doing. If a player prefers a bit more money or the "London" life, that's someone we don't want near us anyway.
