Aye they’re there on merit, but they’re boring and there’s just no bite or edge to their matches. Away days in Glasgow would also be fun. Cannot see it ever happening though. Stifler Posted March 1 Share Posted March 1 A couple of years ago the Celtic board were saying that they can’t rebuild their main stand or build a new stadium so long as they are in the SPFL. You’d have to think a Celtic or Rangers in the Premier League would easily be able to fill a 70k mega stadium. The sectarianism though is too much, too much political shit they bring with it, because as others have said, a couple of away days to Glasgow per season would be ideal.
