So what are people hoping for tonight in the Chelsea match?

Spurs win/draw to keep our tiny hopes of Europe alive, and also seal their safety in the process.

Chelsea win which would end our tiny European hopes, but take the relegation fight to the last day, while also presumably keeping them more motivated in their final match with Sunderland.

A couple of red cards would do me

Likely repeating myself, but I am firmly in the Chelsea win camp. I have pretty much given up hope on West Ham staying up, even if it does go to the final day, but it would still be nice for it to be decided on the final day, and still a very outside chance that Spurs do drop.

But, I just think the chances of us beating Fulham away, combined with Chelsea and Sunderland exactly drawing, plus bettering Brentford in terms of us winning them losing with the required margin is too much to pin hopes on, it will be less than 10%. It is pretty unlikely, and I'm not even confident of us beating Fulham anyway as we are not good away, not that good in general, ha, but even worse away. One of my main realistic hopes is to sneak into the top half and Sunderland not qualifying for Europe, and thus us, hopefully finishing above them in the process.

It would be horrific if Sunderland finished 7th and got Europa League, which they may well if they beat Chelsea, so while tonight's result doesn't directly impact their match on Sunday, I would feel more confident of Chelsea getting a result at the SOL if they are fully motivated with a realistic chance of 6th or 7th themselves.

With Rodri back, that Man City team looks seriously good.

I don't know.

Feel like Cherki has been the main creator for them recently and he's benched him for Kovacic.

You've got to feel sorry for the Southampton players and fans. How much risk reward is there from spying? Not a lot I'd guess, a couple of set piece routines at the most.

Spy "I can report that the players were running about and practicing football". Well worth a potential 200 million quid and a 4 point deduction next season.

All because of a guy behind a tree with his phone's camera.

They've got a hard neck appealing considering they have admitted to spying on other teams throughout the season.

They could have used a drone or remote controlled helicopter so they'd at least have deniability, or send someone who isn't involved with the club so can't be linked back to them.

Whoever gave the spy the go ahead could very well be lynched or whacked by a psychopathic fan.

Absolute madness.

While I have some sympathy for Saints fans, I'm in agreement about the outcome here. Disgraceful behaviour and clearly a top down directive

Didn't realise they'd admitted to spying on other teams during the season.

They should replay the playoff games with seventh placed Wrexham playing Boro, the winner meeting Hull in the final.

I've always said this is what should have happened when the makems were promoted due to Swindon's misdemeanours.

Trying to overtake Liverpool and get CL footy next season?

I know. But wanted to atleast take the title decider to the final day haha.

can’t decide whether to keep that match on. Or chuck Chelsea spurs on instead.  No doubt Chelsea bottle it too.
