It's honestly bizarre that Arsenal have accomplished this much with the form of their attackers. None of them have really been good all season. Bukayo looks like a shell of himself.

They Don't need to be good when your a setpiece  and defend for your lives team. 😂

Second goal would have finished PSG off. Arsenal deserved it for showing absolutely no intent to play football all game.

They tried to just stink the place out from the 6th minute after scoring. It’s disgusting really…

The only thing i hate almost as much as gloryhunters is non-standard fucking about penalty run-ups.

They deserve a double ACL at the point of execution. Run up, kick the ball into the fucking net, or fuck off into the bin, you cunts.

 Not like Vile FC, ay?

Agreed.

The perceived gain of 'seeing where the goalkeeper is leaning' is massively offset by how much it over complicates the penalty taker's action. I've always been a believer that if you want the best chance to score. Pick a spot (or a technique if you'd rather blast it ala Stuart Pearce), settle yourself, and then perform it in one fluid motion, no breaks.

Gabriel will get the headlines, but Eze's pen was equally as crap.

Great example of the regret Arsenal's style creates. Spent all that time just trying not to lose the game instead of winning it.

Headlines that a dig at his Barnet surgery?

Surely it's partly the way they play though?

They've slid the sliders so far towards shape and organisation over the last couple of years, and it's basically worked, but fuck me it's dreadful to watch.

If it wasn’t for Arteta and Gabriel. I’d genuinely feel sorry for them. Oh and the horrendous anti-football they play.

Never forget when we shithoused a 0-0 there and was basically getting started on coming out the away end because we dared play like that. Arteta went bananas. Their fans outraged. They were far worse there. Didn’t even try and score.

Sweet, sweet justice that it was Gabriel blazing it over the bar. The snidey, whinging, cheating cunt.

You know what I hate more than the stutter step penalty? The fucking whinging about it. Ivan Toney does it every time and he has one of the best records from the spot in the world.

It took until almost June but finally, finally, something good happened in this hellscape of a season

Can actually look forward to the World Cup. Unless they got a red card or two I don’t think I could have hoped for anything more than a total shithouse performance from the 6th minute, including all the usual Arteta antics and then Gabriel blazing the decisive pen into the crowd. Eze miss just a bonus.

I believe that English clubs have won 18 European trophies since Arsenal last won one. Liverpool, Man U, Man C, Chelsea, Spurs, Villa, West Ham, Palace. Four teams from London alone. Their trophy parade is tomorrow and it will feel just a bit empty. What a pity we all had to endure that God-forsaken football to get this little bit of joy.
