Both Forest and Man City dropping points against Leicester and Southampton respectively, is a massive bonus like.

Chelsea and Villa will beat these two joke teams on Friday. Good thing results went our way today.

We still need 4 points potentially don't we?

As Chelsea could beat us on GD?

no. 3 more points does it (getting us to 69 points), because only Chelsea and Villa can reach 69, and Villas goal difference is woeful.

Forest have win both games to finish above now, thanks to goal difference.

So annoying Chelsea and Villa are playing the two clown shows on Friday, as either dropping points would make life a lot more relaxing. No chance of that though

No, 3 guarantees CL. If Chelsea matched us on 69 then Forest can’t get 69. And Villa can’t realistically beat our GD on 69.

Given our superior GD Forest will probably need  maximum pts to catch us assuming we didn't win again. That would be at the expense of Chelsea with them playing each other. Good day for us so far.

Could well be that Forest win means neither of them get in and Villa slip through

True.

Unless Man U or Spurs actually show up...

Feel a lot better than I did this morning. Some day for us.

West Ham away next for Forest. Never easy going there.

Whatever happens, West Ham will pick up points. Worrying.

I know the opposition is poor in the league but we're really just one Villa loss from qualification.

The two teams they play genuinely couldn't be a worse pair. I'd much prefer them be playing two of the relegated teams.

It's worked out perfectly for Villa but shit for everyone around Villa.

Pretty sure it rules out the (vile) prospect of Forest and Chelsea playing out an agreed draw and us missing out, yes?

Forest wouldn't catch us and barring a big Chelsea win in their other game a point for us would see them off. They'd be playing each other not knowing how our last game would pan out, unless word of a big Everton lead...heaven forbid...got through to them.

If Arsenal lose today at Anfield then our match against them is a game for 2nd 👀

Doesnt matter if they lose or draw, so looking pretty good now.
