Lads we’ll beat Everton at home in a must win game. I understand the nerves like but this team delivers when it counts.

Yep, it's been obvious for weeks now it was always going down to the last day and we needed to get to 69 points for a top 5 finish . The Chelsea game last week was always the key one and once we won that I stopped worrying if we would do it or not . No way this team throw it away at home to Everton on the last day .

You never know, it might not - a victory vs Arsenal and it’s all over bar the shouting (though I know you mean mathematically it isn’t)

This is where I am right now, after tonight's results and the fact a win puts us 2nd, we will be well up for the battle tomorrow and I don't think Arsenal will, their only motivation now is not to get beat 4 times on one season by us.

They also need 1 point to be secure for CL. Dont think we can count on them not showing up.

They've got Southampton last game of the season, there's nothing for them to worry about and we don't need to count on them not showing up, we'll win.

They wont be like us on here that just assumes there are free wins in the PL lol.

Southampton will put up a fight in their last home game in the Premier League.

We were always going to need to beat Everton on the final day if we were going to make it. Have to assume the other clubs will get their results whilst hoping they slip up at some point. It's easy now - WIN AND IN

This is it, a favour would have been nice, but it was always more in hope than expectation. We've kept it in our own hands, which is all you can ask really.

On a side note, that point at Brighton is looking very decent.

It’s a decent point yeah. We should have won that game though really. They were there for the taking but we didn’t quite perform close to our best. Massive point compared to none, obviously.

Aye, we should have won that game. I’m disappointed that we didn’t go for it a bit more for it in added time when they were totally done.

A win there and we now only need 1 point.

It is what it is though.

I think we’ll get 3 points out of one of our remaining games. I honestly think we are more than capable of getting 6 points, and can certainly see us getting at least 4 points.

For me the key was Chelsea. I honestly feared that we wouldn’t win that game.

Fuckers had to snatch the win last night, why couldn’t they just fall away?

Thought ManU weren't too bad yesterday Certainly prefer our last fixture to Villas as it stands.

If you want some hope, they have a horrible record at Old Trafford. Not that it'll count for much if they've been on the lash all week like.

The atmosphere at home to Everton will be off the charts. I also think we'd pump Joelinton full of pain killers to get an hour out of him.

Everton are going to be out of spunk following their home game at Goodison which is going to sap all their emotions.

Yeah, not sure if a cup win is better as they'll not give a shit, or if they lose and probably also not give a shit [emoji38]

Was also thinking, as much as I despise Chelsea, I'd probably rather they got one of the 5 Vs Villa and Forest. We need to start breaking away from other teams and the financial hit to Villa and Forest could set them back. Chelsea seem to have no financial issues so they'll be there or there abouts next season regardless.
