Which accounts are you looking at? We just had to sell a player in a squad that was very small to begin with.

Sure we probably will get some more room to work with after this season is over, but surely not enough to do the squad overhaul we need without additional "ffp funds" from selling players.

Keiran Maguire, all of the local journalists. We just had to sell to meet a deadline that's now passed. Selling our best players is not moving forward unless it's a daft fee, which it won't be in the current market.

When Barnes is LW these next games, people will soon realise how important he is when the LB turns to shit as a result.

This. Hope he scores the winner at Wembley, but yet again today, I saw nothing from him to think he's going to be here next season.

One dimensional and likes a slow jog back rather than tracking his man.

Dumb as fuck and soft as shit.

But the guy held his arm to bring him down a minute earlier then has a full handful of his shirt when Gordon pushes him.

If it's illegal to hold, it should be legal to push the cunt off you... though probably not in the head.

How much are these guys saying that we have available in the summer?

With the way FFP works selling players for profit gives us alot of room to work with in the short term.

You said "emotionally volatile" I would take that as a loses his head.

What you described is footballing ability.  Seen nothing in his mental game ever similar to this.

Might well say all players are too emotionally volatile by that logic.

Yeah, I think he loses is head and so lacks composure moreso than usual when things aren't going well.

If he starts a game poorly or goes through a rough patch during the game, it tends to just keep going that way, as he starts losing his cool and pressing too much.

I'm sorry, like.  But if a guy is illegally pulling your shirt, why can't you push him off you?  Again, probably in the face is a bit much.

Well yeah, it's because it was in the face he got sent off.

Actually thought he hadn’t aimed to push him in the head but the other bloke ducked down so the contact was definitely there.
Oh well. Doubt it would’ve affected the final. Gives Barnes a chance if EH fancies giving him a start on the left.

Gordon's not even looking at the ball.

I think it's a red, just a soft one and dumb as fuck.

I don't agree with the poster who said the Brighton player ducking his head made it hit him there instead of his shoulder, he was looking at his head the whole time.

Just as someone who was slightly hot headed as a youngster myself, I can understand the rush of blood to the head after the same player holding him twice, impeding him (even though the whistle had already gone this time), would result in a 'get the fuck off me' push.

I'm not going to judge him too hard, as frustrating as it is.

Based on that pic I would still challenge the card - nought to loose.

My impression was that it looked worse (as in a push to the head), not because Gordon actually aimed at pushing the guy's head, but because the guy dipped just as Gordon was pushing him, which then looked more like Gordon was going for the head. I think it was a push, sure, but not deliberately aimed at the guy's head. Was daft and borne out of frustration for the previous incident not being given our way, thought the ref was shit today again, he's probably a Liverpool fan or has scouse relatives :hmm:
